Story Of A Ticket

A hand-drawn film for the Wimbledon Foundation, telling the story of its ticket resale scheme through the tickets themselves.
Project Details
This film raises awareness of the Wimbledon Foundation's ticket resale scheme, which funds support for injured military personnel and emergency service workers. It follows the Foundation's story through Wimbledon tickets, from 1954 to the present day, animated by hand across more than 600 drawn frames.
Mustashrik drew the frames by hand on paper. I cleaned up each one and sequenced them onto the ticket designs, which were then printed and shot as stop-frame, so the finished tickets themselves carried the animation across the Foundation's timeline. Directed by Lucas Zanotto for McCann London, produced through Friends Electric, with post at Electric Theatre Collective.
Alongside this I worked on the edit and timeline, organising assets and supporting previs ahead of the shoot.
